Conducting your real estate business with our a la Carte model makes sense for our times and makes the best of all worlds for our customers. Our buyers and sellers have the flexibility to have things done their way, while keeping more money in their pockets when they buy and sell.

That said, our revolutionary model is meaningless unless we serve our customers in an extraordinary way. We unabashedly believe we better understand what our buyers and sellers need, and better execute to fill those needs, than any other Realtor or Mortgage Planner. Having more than 30 years experience in real estate, homebuilding, mortgage planning, and investing gives us this background. Having a spirit of service gives us the drive to perform as your advocate.

FUNDAMENTALS from the humans: The technology is cool, all right, but we can do without it. We cant do without the humans at certain points in the process, such as negotiating, hand-holding, trouble-shooting, communicating, understanding laws and local customs, and executing the contractual functions with high expertise and thoroughness.

FUNCTIONALITY from the technology: The technology is designed to fit you like a glove--not to dazzle you with empty bells and whistles, but to assist you where it matters, like being able to prepare and counter contracts on-line, having  consumer information at your fingertips,  giving you Transaction Tracker to follow the progress of your sale or purchase, providing Mortgage Questionnaire on-line, and everything (except seeing a property!) open for business 24 hours.

We will video our listings and post a video tour, and/or a virtual tour of panoramic photos, so that our sellers can put their whole house out there, and our buyers can be anywhere in the country and pick out the features that matter most. Then, after personally viewing our homes, our buyers can look at our videos and remember which house had the sun room with white tile floors, and not get it confused with the one with the smelly basement.

ADVOCACY and INTEGRITY: We are your advocates and will represent you to the best of our personal and professional abilities. Your interests come first. We will deal fairly and honestly with you and any others we encounter in the course of serving you.
