This blog, Nashville-Area Real Estate Forum, proposes to provide an insider’s view with current, “street-level” information, not sanitized or stale stuff like you might read in the newspaper.  Hopefully, we will generate a true forum for information, discussion, debate, and learning things that you can use as an owner, buyer, seller, or observer of real estate in one of the hottest areas in the country.

When the country at large slumped in 2006–and property prices were cut 25% and still would not sell in parts of Arizona, Florida, California, Nevada, etc.–we were still cooking in Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, Cool Springs, Spring Hill, Thompson Station, Green Hills, Belle Meade, and Hendersonville.
